👟 What to Bring: Swimsuit, towel, comfortable walking shoes, water bottle, hat/sun protection, a change of clothes, light rain jacket, and an open heart.

• Participants should feel comfortable hiking 25 minutes each way on rugged terrain.

• Please let us know at booking if you are not comfortable swimming so we can adjust the experience for your comfort and safety.

• This retreat is a rain-or-shine celebration of nature’s cycles. If the weather invites us to shift plans, we’ll gather around the fire for a beautiful ceremony on the property in place of the river ritual.

Q: Do I need to be artistic to join the vision creation practice?
A: Not at all! This is about intention and personal expression, not perfection. All materials and guidance will be provided.

Q: How challenging is the hike to the river?
A: The walk is moderate with uneven, rugged terrain and takes about 20–25 minutes each way. We’ll go at a relaxed pace and take breaks as needed.

Q: What if I can’t swim?
A: No problem! You can wade in the water, sit on the rocks, or simply relax by the river. Please let us know when booking so we can adjust the experience for your comfort — we may also adjust the lunch location if needed.

Q: What if it rains?
A: The rainforest is magical in the rain! This retreat is a rain-or-shine celebration of nature’s cycles. If the weather invites us to shift plans, we’ll gather around the fire for a beautiful ceremony on the property instead of the river ritual.

Q: Is this retreat open to all genders?
A: Yes. While many of our retreats are women-focused, this solstice celebration welcomes everyone 16 and up.
