The winter solstice marks the turning of the year — the longest night before the gradual return of the light. On this sacred evening, we’ll gather around a crackling bonfire to release what no longer serves us and welcome the clarity, space, and light of a new year.

This is an intimate, heart-led evening of breathwork, ritual, and connection in the heart of the rainforest, illuminated by firelight and moonlight.

👟 What to Bring: Light sweater or shawl, comfortable outdoor shoes, water bottle, and an open heart. We’ll provide blankets, bug protection, and seating cushions.

• Noise-canceling headphones provided for breathwork.

• Please avoid heavy meals immediately before the event to get the most benefit from breathwork. We recommend no food after 3:30 PM.

• This event is outdoors around a bonfire — please dress comfortably for the evening air.
